This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store and disclose your information when you use the Bottle application ("Application").

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Application Permissions

• Audio Recording Permission: Used to send voice messages in chat. We only record audio when you actively send voice messages. We will not activate your microphone in the background without your operation.
• Storage Permission: Used to save images and media files you send or receive in chat to your local device.

1.2 Content You Submit

When you use chat and message‑sending functions, chat text, images and other content you send will be uploaded and stored on our servers. The stored content is used for compliance review, complaint investigation, abuse detection, handling user reports and maintaining community safety. Your chat content will only be accessed if there is a user report or compliance inspection requirement.

We do not actively collect your real‑world identity information, phone number or email address unless you voluntarily provide such information inside chat content.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, maintain and improve normal chat functions of Bottle.
• Review reported content, investigate community rule violations, prevent abuse, fraud and harmful information.
• Comply with applicable laws, regulatory requirements and Google Play Developer Program Policies.

We will never sell your personal data or chat content to any third‑party for commercial marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage and Retention

• Chat text, uploaded images and media content are stored on our backend servers. We retain such content for the period necessary for compliance purposes and complaint processing.
• Local storage permission only accesses files on your phone. We will not automatically scan the full storage space of your device. Only images you choose to send will be uploaded to server.
• Voice messages you send will be stored on server for chat service and compliance audit.

4. Sharing and Disclosure of Data

We will not share your private chat data with third‑parties except for below cases:

1. You explicitly agree to share.
2. Required by law, court order or government regulatory authority.
3. Necessary to protect our legitimate rights, user safety, investigate abuse and reported violations.

Third‑party service providers assisting server operation may access data only for technical maintenance and must keep information confidential.

5. User Rights

• You can revoke microphone and storage permissions any time via your phone system settings. After revoking permissions, related functions (voice sending, local image sending) cannot work normally.
• If you want to inquire or delete your relevant data, please contact us via email below.

6. Third‑Party Services

The Application may use third‑party technical services such as cloud server services. Their data processing follows their own privacy policy. We are not responsible for the behavior of these independent third‑party services.

7. Children Privacy

This Application is not intended for users under 13 years old. We do not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we collected data of a minor, please contact us and we will delete relevant data immediately.

8. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Modified content will be published on this page with update date shown. Continued use of Application means you accept revised policy.
